I bought a battery at Our Local store several months ago and suddenly was dead. I took it back because it was guaranteed and I got really unwelcome response. It was guaranteed. I had paid extra for that and he told me he was not going to put any more guarantee on it unless I paid more money and the original battery included an installation in this time, he gave me an attitude and got disgusted when I asked for installation, and then the worker under him said he would be happy to do it and he looked disgusted at him. Ultimately it got installed and I did complain formally have not heard anything back yet. I did hear back and I was told I can get a refund for the extra $25. I had to pay for an extended warranty on my battery. In fact, the $25 he was charging me was extending my three-year warranty for six more months. The battery is only three months old.
