  I came in to get my fingerprints done about 15 minutes before close on a Friday. The woman that helped me was so unbelievably kind, patient, and courteous. I apologized profusely for keeping her late and she was more concerned with helping me than anything else. It was the best customer service anyone could ask for and I cannot recommend them enough.

  I paid for an item to ship to the UK. Declared what it was and wrapped it up with the attendant. Filled out international paper work and paid $200+ to have it arrive only to find out that it got all the way to UK customs to say it’s not in UPS policy to ship, so it’s going to come all the way back. Spoke with UPS on the phone and apparently I need to go back to the store to TRY and get a refund for a service that I should have never been sold.

  IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND AS A VALUED CUSTOMER … DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! The young lady at the counter was rude and lazy!!! When we went in and asked if they had a dolly to use we told her we had 8 boxes to ship. She let us bring in 6 boxes before telling us that she WOULD NOT ship them because she had other customers and it would take her all day!!! Low key, I think she saw the size of the boxes and did not want to lift them. This is why I say she was lazy! It was 1015A and the store was closing at 3P. We were also willing to wait and let other customers go in between us. She was not willing to accommodate us!!! She did serve all of her customers of her complexion.

  We had a problem with the delivery due to a bridge down. The head guy called and coordinated with the driver to re attempt delivery. Pretty awesome! I didnt get the head guys name, but that was going above and beyond for a Saturday and we greatly appreciated his hard work.
