This Subway has gone way downhill over the last several years. On 2 separate occasions I've ordered online, each time I would show up my subs weren't ready and had to wait like 25 minutes both times for 4 subs, it's almost as if the man was purposely going as slow as he could. The one time both employees were outside smoking while my order ticket just sat on the counter. The 2nd time the employee claimed to have been extremely busy as he walked in from the back when he noticed we were there, a second employee walked in carrying a Dunkin drink laughing. Made a 3rd and final order last night. Subs were done on time however only 1 out of 4 subs were made correctly. Wrong breads, literally no cheese when paid for extra cheese, no mayonnaise, not toasted, tomatoes were soggy and just nasty, 4 pieces of turkey on a footlong. Just ridiculous!! Will never go to this Subway again!!

I would not eat at that location. Associate complaining he was by himself with too many rolls, he was not cooperative and rude to me couldn't honor my coupon and after I sat down to my meal demanded over $4 more money. So my $6.99 special ended up costing me $12.00 .. worst subway experience ever. Go somewhere else...

Had a pretty odd request, so this review is kinda petty, but the worker genuinely said that I'd have to pay as much as a sandwich just to buy ONE thing that definitely DID NOT cost 12$ whatsoever. Genuinely would've felt less insulted if she just said that wasn't possible as opposed to that bullshit. THIS IS NOT A DIG ON THE EMPLOYEE, I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT THE COMPANY RULES.
