App wasnt working and I asked if I could use the coupons in store since I couldnt order. They said no, even though there was no way of ordering on the app in the moment

I recently placed a mobile order for a buffalo chicken sub. received nothing I ordered on my sub, even though it was under my name. I have tried reaching out via phone to see if this matter could be corrected before leaving a negative review. no one picks up the phone and a manager is “never in.” I loved this subway, and I truly understand accidents happen but the way this has played out has definitely made me decide i will never becoming here again.

This is hands down the worst subway. I had one bad experience and gave it another chance. I just spent $9 on the smallest salad I have ever seen. You can't count on the quality of this location at all. Keep driving a smidge further to the next Subway.

I work for an large agency and due to COVID-19 we have been unable to take our individuals out to eat. Once a week we order from this establishment and every single time they give us some type of issue. It’s incredibly unfair to our individuals to have to go threw such an ordeal to get their meal every week. This week I had called 6 times to place their orders and got no answer with the exception of one time they answered and hung up. We ended up ordering from a different and much more polite subway in the area. Very upsetting!
