Overnight priority mail can apparently be made to sign at the "discretion" of the delivery driver. This was not disclosed and no attempt to call was made by this store, or the location which tried to deliver it before a 100$+ service was returned as "undeliverable." Very unprofessional. Literally called just to tell me my claim for a refund was denied. While the manager kindly tried to be resolve the issue he also refused to take responsibility, and argued the stores responsibility for a paid service. Would not ship anything important or needed with this location or any.
