  Kurt Manager was extremely polite He was very informative. He made the process simple. and he was very professional made it worth my time and money and wouldn’t give a second thought to come back just because of him.

  Amazing little store. The 3 workers there are very friendly and helpful towards everyone. The young man who was serving me, Ladre is his name, is very courteous and considerate. I had a big rug to return and when I requested his help carrying it he didn't hesitate and came to my car and took it inside with a smile on his face. We need this friendly attitude in the world more often. I see some reviews with crowdedness concern, but the place wasn't busy when I went there on a Wednesday morning. Most probably the early morning timing is better there at dropping packages. There is a parking lot dedicated for all the stores in the Plaza, which is a huge advantage considering how tedious it would be having to drop off returns while parked at a distance. Overall, my experience has been a breeze there.
