  Charged $5 just to print a shipping label, while most stores don’t charge at all for that service. Even when stores do charge for printing, it’s usually around $0.25 to $1 for a single page. Felt unnecessarily expensive for such a basic print.

  Terrible business!! Was not able to do shipments told computer is off line!! No excuse then you close your doors as cannot conduct business. Also got attitude from UPS clerk.

  Store is supposed to open at 9 AM. It is now nine twenty and no one is still here yet. Good thing the employees don't work for me.They'd all be fired

  store “opens” at 10:00am. it’s 10:15 with a line of us waiting outside. this store either needs to change its hours or be honest of when it’s going to open.
