  Visited Holbrook location. Guys were polite, made amazing sandwich. I even threw $3 in the tip jar. When I got home and looked at receipt, the guy added a 15% tip without my permission. Tip was not a selection option on any screen I viewed so he had to have made the tip selection. The sandwich was large and delicious, but that may have cost him a customer. I won't return and I share with all of you to be careful. So, I won't go back to quabble unauthorized $3.50 (when I also put $3 cash in the jar), but it will cost me as a customer and maybe you too as you read this. Watch out.

  I went this subway to oder my food , the behaviour of staff is rude they disrespect with there customer 👎

  Terrible service! As soon as i came in i was rushed very rudely with a attitude from the old man with the beard working. I was the only one there and it was like a bother for me to be asking him to do his job. The produce in the display case was wilted in that very fresh. The store also had visible dirt and grime probably one of worst subways I've been to. Will not return!!

  I’m done giving this place chances. I always have to call ahead to tell them not to toast my sandwich even though you say don’t toast on the app. If I don’t call they will toast it every time. Well today I called and he says no problem and then gives me the wrong bread for both orders. This store is the worst subway by far, total incompetence!!!!! Pics are what was supposed to be artisan Italian bread….
