  Joey gave us an amazing experience. Excellent customer service and a friendly positive attitude. I was having a horrible day and he brought a smile to my face and brightened my day. I will be back to this location solely because of him!

  Visited Holbrook location. Guys were polite, made amazing sandwich. I even threw $3 in the tip jar. When I got home and looked at receipt, the guy added a 15% tip without my permission. Tip was not a selection option on any screen I viewed so he had to have made the tip selection. The sandwich was large and delicious, but that may have cost him a customer. I won't return and I share with all of you to be careful. So, I won't go back to quabble unauthorized $3.50 (when I also put $3 cash in the jar), but it will cost me as a customer and maybe you too as you read this. Watch out.

  i ordered a sandwich with 4 sauces on it labeled extra for all and i received ONE squirt of sauce of just one sauce. you guys ruined my meal
