  Worst experience I have ever had at this UPS Store. The manager, Shohail, was extremely rude and unprofessional. My husband sent me an iPhone 17 as a birthday gift. The package was addressed to my husband, but we live at the same address. I explained the situation and showed both my ID and a photo of my husband's ID as proof. Despite this, Shohail refused to release the package. I understand that stores must follow policies, but his behavior was unacceptable. Instead of politely explaining the requirements, he threatened to call the police if I did not leave the store immediately. Many married couples and family members do not share the same last name, and this should not be treated as suspicious. I left feeling humiliated and disrespected. Very disappointing customer service and a terrible customer experience.

  Praveen was so helpful and he is the absolute best!! He deserves a raise. I recomend coming to the UPS store in Hicksville 🙂

  The reason I came to this location was because they were the only ones open on Memorial Day. The gentleman who helped me, Praveen was incredibly kind and helpful. An experience like this will make me drive the extra 20 minutes to this location every time.
