  I can't be more happy than I am with this store! I work 20-25 min from home and when I was on lunch break, my car wouldn't turn over. I did a AAA road service via app and they were gonna charge me an arm and a leg, plus my mechanic was very busy. I decided to order the battery online from Advanced Auto Parts and when I told them want happened, David and his new employee with no hesitation offered to change my battery! It's a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee v8 with a pain in the butt location and they were done in 10 minutes. I can't thank them enough and I hope they get a raise. I apologize I forgot the person's name but he also did a good job! Thanks again.

  Spoke to David on the phone prior to going to the store. Not only did he explain which wiper blades would be the best for my car, he also installed them in a quick and efficient manner. Great service and friendly demeanor. Thank you David.

  Clay and Frank at the hickville store helped me out after I left my lights on and had a dead battery. They thoroughly tested my system and said all was well after I got a jump. Then they sent me on my way without a charge. It was awesome and im super grateful

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend David Hoskin (GM) at Advance Auto Parts enough! We were having trouble finding the right parts for our Cadillac, and David went above and beyond to help us. He took the time to make sure we got exactly what we needed, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, but David is one of those people. He is knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, and truly dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. You can tell he takes pride in helping people and making sure they leave satisfied.   Extremely disappointed in this location.After being told they will no longer be carrying the castro syntax Edge High Mileage 10w30. I will be forced to take my business elsewhere!👎👎
