  Hey. David. Thanks for your great advice and professional work on my VW atlas battery replacement today. I’m first time in the store to replace my VW battery.   Went to Advanced Auto Parts for the new vehicle a bought 05 Suburban Z71 needed oil filter bulbs etc... David was EXTREMELY NICE AND ABOVE AND BEYOND HELPFUL. THANKS DAVID ....!!!

  AJ, Anthony, and Clay were very helpful and able to assist me with testing the battery to rule out if that was the true problem with the car. They worked to discount the cost and AJ installed, double checked and tested to make sure everything was running well. I would definitely recommend this location to assist with parts and car needs for sure. Wilda

  I had an excellent experience at Advance Auto Parts on the corner of Old Country Road and Newbridge Road in Hicksville. David, the manager, went above and beyond helping me with a new car battery. It was definitely not a simple install, but he handled it calmly, professionally, and with real patience. What really stood out was how friendly and knowledgeable he was, making sure everything was done right. The whole team there was welcoming, and you can tell they care about customer service. Thanks again, David, and the whole Advance Auto team. Five stars all the way.
