  Very disappointed with my order. The wings were not tasty and had very little sauce. The wings were also discolored, and I received mostly drumsticks with only one wingette. Unfortunately, the wings were so disappointing that they ended up in the trash. My kids were very disappointed as well. I will not be ordering from Wingstop again. I expected much better quality and service.

  Operational issues here lately. There was only one employee working the front who was juggling in-store orders, phone orders, and pick-up orders while the entire rest of the staff was hiding in the back, avoiding interaction. As numerous people were waiting to pick up orders that were being placed on the shelf, there was no one available or willing to actually bring the prepared orders out to people.
