  Worst experience at this store here staff is very rude and will keep you waiting on purpose if not then they don't even know their own rules. I have placed an order online, and already paid for it, and got an confirmation email for walkin pickup or crubside pickup. I preferred walkin pickup and it was mentioned in the email that just go directly to pickup counter and show your email and ID to get your order. No one was there at pickup counter and the guy on next counter told me to go and stand in line for regular billing couter in order to get my order pickup. I mean I had already purchased which just needs to be picked up which was also mentioned on their mobile application that skip the line go to pickup counter or call the store that you're outside and they will bring it out, all I need to have is my confirmation email and my ID handy which I already had till these people were playing games. I had also picker many items from different locations but nothing like this happened. This store experience was frustrating!!!! These people themselves don't know there own online pickup policy lol worst customer service.

  I don’t understand why the company would charge over $13 just to exchange the same oil but just a different weight. I think it’s just bad business.

  Couldn't find them at 3 stops ,but I got the parts that I wanted at Advance. The crew was helpful

  great place! for people like me who know very little about cars. important: theres alot of decent parking so if you have a free install or something you don't gotta worry about where to park
