I have been visiting this place for a long time, and there is always a kind lady serving customers. However, until a couple of weeks ago, there was another woman—a woman of color—who was extremely racist toward me and used derogatory terms to describe me. While she was serving me, she had her headphones on and was chatting on a personal call; during the conversation, she told the person on the line that I was "useless" and didn't know how to speak English. That woman treated me terribly; she mocked my background and even incited other customers who arrived after me to join in the mockery. I left the place in tears. The only thing I said to her was that she shouldn't be working there, and then I walked out. I felt compelled to leave because—despite having visited this establishment for several years—I had never had such a terrible experience before. My English may not be perfect, but I understand what people are saying, and I am also capable of standing up for myself in situations like that. I hope you will take my feedback into account.
I had a very frustrating experience with the DHL.
During customs clearance, I was repeatedly told, over multiple calls, that my required documents had already been submitted. This turned out to be incorrect. I had to follow up daily, only to receive inconsistent and ultimately false information. The delay was avoidable and only resolved after I was finally connected to the appropriate department, who then pushed the documents through.
To make matters worse, my package was left unattended at my front door without a signature, despite me never authorizing a signature release. Given the value of the shipment, this was extremely concerning.
When I contacted DHL to request a partial refund or even a review of the situation due to these multiple service failures, I was told there was nothing they could do and no responsibility was taken.
Overall, this experience reflected poor communication, lack of accountability, and disregard for delivery standards. I expected significantly better service, especially for an international shipment.
I would strongly recommend improvements in internal communication and customer service accountability.
