  If I didn’t feel the need to leave a review, I would’ve been left speechless. Jonathan Vazquez may be the most helpful representative I’ve ever communicated with, from any company across my entire adult life. He was quick to respond, concise, thorough, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me identify snd solve my problem with the DMV. The DMV never got me and my mom’s new policy information, and since she moved out of the country, we never got the correspondence that they were missing it. As such, there was a suspension placed on my car without my knowledge. Jonathan worked with me to identify AND resolve this issue in what is probably record time. Across dozens of customer service/representative calls, this is the first time in my life I’ve had a previously unknown issue get identified AND resolved in the span of a single hour and a handful of emails. If I could leave a 6 star review and a box of chocolates or flowers, I would!

  I have been with Allstate for 52 years and they have always been there for me whenever I needed them especially Frank Campo and his wonderful staff. Thank you for everything.
