  Everyone is always so helpful and cheerful! Since this is the only Amazon return center around, they are constantly inundated with returns, plus usual ups business and they handle everything with professionalism and grace.

  I ordered a big package on eBay and took off from work because I needed to sign for it. After a delay I waited and called a few times trying to figure out why it was late. UPS kept giving excuses saying an issue in the warehouse was causing the delay and that it would be delivered the next day. It was not. After calling them again they said was rescheduled for the following day. At 8:30 PM I still didn’t receive the package and called again. They said I was the last stop and it would be delivered that night. It was not. It was delivered the following day beat up and torn with product missing out of the package. I messaged the seller and showed him a picture of the box and he was shocked. Asking me to go through the items to make sure everything was there. 2 items were missing and he later confirmed that he did ship them. And some of the items were damaged during shipping. So not only was my package late, they lied about its delay and trashed and stole from it. I would rather slam my head on a brick wall than deal with UPS ever again.
