  I was recently in this store to do what one does in a UPS store. Shipping, returning. All the stuff. I went in thinking that I would just hand over boxes and pay for the service I needed. To my surprise I was greeted by one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered in a UPS store. I believe her name was Sydney. Dare I say one of the friendliest customer service reps I’ve ever encountered in any store. I’d give her and the store 11 stars if Google would let me, but sadly it does not. My recommendation is this… Even if you don’t have any business to do with UPS, swing by just to experience the awesomeness of world class customer service. Thanks to Sydney, this store is my favorite retail business in all of Hamburg.

  went in to drop off a couple packages for shipping. when I simply asked where I’d put them I was given a hard time and an attitude. I don’t understand why.

  I wasn’t sure of the best way to pack something, and since this UPS Store advertises Certified Packing Experts online, I headed over for help on 7/14 in the evening. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. I was met with sighs, groans, and obvious annoyance. Instead of helping me find an appropriately sized box, I was given one nearly twice the size I needed. The attitude was so poor I decided to just purchase and pay more to ship it then to have any further interaction. The store wasn’t busy, and I was polite and cheerful throughout the interaction, so the attitude was completely unnecessary. I left telling myself I won’t go back there again. I rarely write a negative reviews- pains me to do so. He was the taller thinner one working. Someone might want to tell him if your that miserable working at ups there are other jobs available where you don’t have to deal with the public.

  Notary there needs training on customer service. Your staffing issues aren't my problems. Booked appointment and we were treated like a burden. Waste of time. Avoid at all costs if you need a local notary. **update** The paperwork was sufficiently completed. I called the Settlement company after we walked out and they confirmed it was all sufficiently filled out. You were too busy with walk-ins to even read the 20 pages we brought in. If you can't allocate 10-15min of uninterrupted time to people, especially paperwork regarding the sale of a home, then notary services shouldn't be offered with 1 person working. Had you actually given your undivided attention to us, you would've noticed the paperwork was filled out correctly. We told you that twice, but you didn't listen. The sections you pointed out that were blank were for the buyers to fill out. You didnt bother to read anything. At best, you glanced at the paperwork. We went to a bank this morning and had a pleasant experience. Took 10min.
