  Got a Baja Chicken protein pocket. The person making it barely put any cheese on it. When I asked for more he put it on only to have the woman next to him take it off. I asked him again to put more on and again this joker next to him took it off. When I asked a third time she told him, not me, they charge extra. Can anybody say cheese nazi? I felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode. What a joke. Plenty of other places to go. Won't be going back to this clown show.

  On 07-26-2026 I came in at around 5.30 quarter to 6 pm and I tried to order the 6.99 meal that came with chips, a drink and a sub and the sub came with hard salami and pepperoni on it and I said that I didn't want the pepperoni and the young girl said it comes with it and you can't take it off and I said that you can't force someone to eat pepperoni if they don't like it and she said that she could make me a sub only with hard salami on it and she wouldn't give me a different meal so I started walking out and she way still talking to me and said if it's a sub of the day you can't take a certain peace of meat off the sub because it comes with it and I suggests not going to this subway on Camp road in Hamburg because the employees are very rude and don't make your subs the way you ask them to and they have you on video so if you have a problem with your food and you go in to tell them they will go back and watch the video and say that you didn't ask for that just so they don't get into trouble at all so this is one of the worst subways to go to and if I could I would give them a zero

  They stayed open after close to let us order food. We felt bad but they did a great job.
