This subway lost a customer who comes almost everytime we were in the area, a guy and girl were working, both had poor attitudes from the start like the customers were ruining their down time, me and my boyfriend went through ordering our subs as usual, when he was asked by the girl what he wanted on his sub she started putting something he had not asked for on his sub when he pointed this out she rudely said well then what do you want on your sub, he was taken back, when it came to cashing out we showed an entertainment book coupon from 2018 to the guy who said they aren’t allowed to accept those, I explained an older gentleman last week explained that they are accepting the new coupons, when I said this he got really nasty and said no, I asked to speak to a manager about the situation and how I was being treated he said I’m the bosses son, I then asked if he would call him then, he said on a Friday night and ruin his night? No. I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me, after asking several more times he FINALLY told me his name was Andy, and that I could take my business down the road to another subway. Being from Hamburg I will make sure to tell everyone I know about my experience with the son of the owner and to advise them to also take their business elsewhere. Terrible representation of the company.
