  Christine & James were amazing team today. I came in looking to return a battery I bought a while ago but lost the receipt. Latham told me because I didn’t have the receipt I have to go to the original store which I didn’t mind. As soon as I stepped in they were so nice and greeted me so warmly and didn’t have an issue looking up my reciept and found my transaction and had me out of there in minutes. Great customer service the both of them.

  The cashier was playing on their phone the entire time, never once looked up, and I had to reach over and grab the receipt myself which was kind of weird. Was sort of impressed by their ability to scan stuff while still texting away, gotta admit. However reading other recent reviews and seeing how suspiciously alike they all read, all from accounts with 1 posted review, I'm wondering now if maybe the cashier was really just spamming reviews... The store was clean and organized so there's that, I guess. Could probably save a lot of money and give customers the same experience going with self checkout though.

  Christine was so helpful and helped me and my 5 kids from being stranded on the side of the road.
