  I was hit by a car, (texting driver sitting on the wrong side of the road), when I was a bicyclist on the sidewalk trying to cross the road. I thought the texting driver noticed me and I went to cross. She instead accelerated into me. My Helmut cracked and I was seizing under her car. Allstate cut off ALL my benefits after claiming I no showed for a acupuncture IME, which I called to reschedule. I had a traumatic brain injury, neck and back problems that changed my life. My local Allstate rep did nothing. The adjuster did nothing. They have pushed me over a 3 year period to get an attorney. Ironically the driver has Allstate. What am I paying for?
