i've been with Allstate and the Berryhill Agency for several years, and the newest of my four vehicles is a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My 6mos premium increased steadily from around $1800 in 2023 to $2500 in Aug 2025 to this time they wanted about $2800 - grossly overpriced in my opinion, and we did all complete the NTSI Driver Safety training in 2024. And I might have stayed with them, but pretty much throughout there was NO customer service - no phone calls to check all the details on my policy were correct (which affects pricing), no calls on ways my premium could be reduced - and to be fair I did have 1 million dollar liability (which couldn't be tailored per vehicle like other companies?) and a 22yr old daughter on my policy. But as I said, after shopping around I saved about $600 on my current 6mos premium, so savings with Allstate had to be there somewhere, if they cared to look. Allstate is a national insurer which was greatly affected by the California fires and other disasters I'm sure, so as insurers do, they just increase their premiums elsewhere to cover those losses.

So I had to go pay a bill for my auto insurance at the new location much better than your old location. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Appreciate everything they do

Insurance these days is crazy but you need to keep your head that it's NOT the agents fault. Jeff and I go back a bit because I've always played the lower rate game. He's easy to talk to. Another agent I spoke to today didn't know me and when I asked for a new binder on our policy it was in my email within 10 minutes of our call. Great customer service even if the industry is in the crapper.

Would give zero stars if I could. We've been with this office for several years when our sales agent left about a year ago. Things have gone downhill ever since. The agents in the office that they've hired to replace the agents who left seem like they don't know anything about insurance. They have screwed up our account on multiple occasions or have given the wrong info. Tried to reach out to Tim and he was too busy to respond. Didn't get back to us for over a week and we ended up filing a claim with corporate in order to switch to a better office. A complete hassle. Would not recommend.
