  I went into the store and Emily was at the register. I showed her my phone and ask if I can have this battery. She let me know that it was an EV (Electric Vehicle) battery. Once we were on the same page she started pulling her cart out. I asked her, "are you going to change my batter?" I couldn't believe it, I never had a woman change anything in my car. It made me so happy that she knew exactly what to do. Emily is definitely an asset to the company.

  Went in for a rear wiper blade for my Kia soul 2020. The girl at the register (whose name I did not get) was about as friendly as a rock. She came out to put the wiper on .My car was parked on the row closest to the street. She could not "find her way " And didn't feel like walking to my car the 20 steps it would be. Had me pull the car over to her.. She worked on it with a screwdriver etc and couldn't get the old wiper off. Finally got someone from inside and he couldn't either. She told me to try YouTube. I won't be coming back here. It was never like this before. Also, as I was wandering around the store, not one employee asked if they could help me I believe there were two or three people doing their own thing , she was just standing at the register.
