    The store owner (or manager) was incredibly rude. When I tried to ask a quick yes-or-no question about whether they offered a specific service—hoping to avoid wasting time in line if they didn't—he yelled at me multiple times. Even after I explained that I was just trying to check before waiting, he continued to yell and told me to just read the sign on the door.

    Helpful and Polite staff. Very efficient and they go out of their way to make it a great experience when the lines are long, they keep the moving. I will only come to this UPS store. They are knowledgeable!
