  Excellent service! Mario is knowledgeable, friendly and works with you to make sure you have what you need- shipping needs of course but also for prints, creating signs or flyers - cannot say enough to go here for creating prints - if I need to copy, print or create anything I travel from Queens to this FedEx - parking is always available and Mario has skills and is genuinely friendly - even when busy - the true sign of good service - so yes 5 Stars !

  Mario! Wow what an absolute gem. Firstly, it’s only right to mention that every single employee at this location has been tremendously lovely and helpful throughout each of my visits. This really is such a standout crew. That said, today I had a BEHEMOTH of a shipping task. International, multiple large boxes yada yada whole shebang. What could’ve been a nightmare scenario, Mario made absolutely SEAMLESS. his calm and pleasant demeanor, his patience as we sorted through everything, his knowledge and resourcefulness throughout the process - he’s stellar and took what could have been a pain and made it into nothing short of a pleasure. Thank you again, Mario - you’re a rockstar! And thank you to the team here as a whole because genuinely y’all are awesome!

  All the employees at this store are very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is on busy Northern Blvd but there is a parking lot with plenty of spots. They offer many services, have a decent selection of products, and even the ability to rent time on their store pc’s or bring your own laptop to use there. They helped me tremendously with a copy project. Highly recommend! A+++++++!

  Very helpful people! We visit this fedex store a few times mainly to drop off packages. This store had no difference to me until today: we again dropped off a package but later found we lost our gift to a wedding couple--a red envelope with cash inside. Mario picked up my call and took it very seriously, he and Frida tried to recall the situation and helped to find. They didn't find the envelope after trying, but offered me to come back on Monday when their manager will come and has camera access. I am very grateful. (We later found the envelope in our car... LOL)
