    IIF I COULD GIVE ZERO I WOULD Ordered through door dash. Paid for DOUBLE MEAT & BACON which i did not get Roast beef was gray not pink @ all. Called THE SHOP person said her mame was Sky & SHE SAID SHE HAD NO CLUE HOW TO FIX THE SITUATION. SHE SAID SHE WOULD CALL THE MANAGER & CALL ME BACK. OF COURSE I DIDNT GET A CALL BACK.

    Food has been absolute garbage nobody seems to care about there job besides Kendra who was nice and always helps us out but they like to close an hour early and refuse to take orders while giving you a very unpleasant attitude this subway staff is terrible and the management has seriously ran down since 2021 fix this or close it completely in serious.

    This subway staff is known for closing early my mother in law pulled in at 8:10 and the worker looked at her continued to lock door and walked to car then left. This subway closes at 9pm not 8:10 there is no reason for this and corporate will be getting involved.

    Had myself and several other customers standing in line for over a half an hour just to get told that they couldn’t serve us because they had too many online orders and had one person staffed. 7:00 PM they shut the restaurant down. Ridiculous the subway is the worst subway in the state. The management here is very crappy.

    1★ I’ve had consistently bad experiences when Destiny is working. Service is extremely slow, and she often seems focused on unrelated tasks instead of the actual orders. More concerning is that she doesn’t listen to customer requests, which leads to incorrect or poorly made sandwiches. The biggest issue is hygiene. I’ve personally seen her lean directly over the food and put her arms into subs while preparing them, which is very unsanitary. Today was especially unacceptable. She dropped jalapeños between the sauce containers, then picked them out and put them into my sandwich. When I pointed out how unhygienic that was, she completely ignored me. It’s also worrying that there are multiple other reviews mentioning similar hygiene concerns, yet nothing appears to have been addressed by management. Everyone else at this location has been great, but based on repeated experiences, I would strongly suggest avoiding ordering when she is preparing the food.
