  Don has owned this Subway location for more than 35 years, and his dedication shows. He's here almost every day, greeting customers with a smile and making everyone feel welcome. The restaurant is always clean, recently remodeled, and well-maintained. The staff are consistently friendly, polite, and provide excellent service. We've been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. Highly recommended!

  The staff is amazing the food is always great they are fast they are clean and overall just very pleasant people. Definitely the best subway in western New York!!!

  Don't bother calling. They won't pick up and answer questions. When asked why they wont? They simply stated they don't answer questions over the phone. Sucks when you have a mobile order and need help. Other than that love this place and the staff.

  The best Subway I’ve literally ever been to. They are consistently fresh, clean, friendly, and inviting. I look forward to being on Grand Island so I can get a sub from Subway this location
