  I would like to thank Jim of the events auto parts store in Glen Cove. He was very helpful this morning.. What I appreciate about this experience, Jim allowed me to see the different options that are available to me. He was able to educate me and allow me to make a selection That would be suitable for me. I was able to buy the part and also connected with my mechanics based on the amount of information that Jim had supplied to me Keep up the good work look forward to opportunities to do business in the future

  Went to buy a battery for my car, they close at 9p I was in the store at 8:45p already picked out what I needed and was at the counter when I realized I left something in my car. Guy there said they close at 9 and I have 1 minute to go my car and will lock me outside even though I was already at the register. I said “man I just need to walk over to my car.” Mind you parking lot is very small. He said if you’re not back in the store at exactly 9 we will lock the door and you’re out of luck. Seems like he could care less if I bought something or not. Bizarre behavior given I was already checking out with the associate. Decided to switch to autozone for all my car needs for the foreseeable future 👍

  Jim helped me with my new windshield wipers. Really nice guy, great service, props to Anthony Cipriano for helping to find them. Definitely recommend these guys.
