Called this morning and talked to Phillip and had a very pleasurable experience. He was very helpful very informative and attentive to all the questions I was asking with the best of his ability to answer. Figure it out my problem and got me back up and going. Mostly impressed by the willingness to help versus other stores thank you again Phillip

I was there today so happy to find Rachelle (I think that was her name). I lost my car fab in my car for 2 Weeks. Three other people searched my car trying to find it. I asked if anyone could help me find it I'd be happy to pay them. She said she would be happy to help me but she would not take any money. Within a matter of two minutes, she found it. I haven't been able to lock my car for two weeks because no one could find it. She could have easily taken my money but she refused. I am so thankful I stopped at Advanced Auto Parts. She is vary kind. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm always greeted with happiness and feel very welcome each time I call or step into this store! Very thankful for Paul for always going above and beyond to help me out! Always doing his best to help me through stressful situations because of how important upkeep on your vehicle is. Taking care of your car is one thing, but having a reliable person and place of business to rely on is even greater! Thank you advanced auto parts! You guys rock!
