  I had such a great experience thanks to Shaquille. I was dropping off six moving bags that each weighed around 40 lbs, and he came out to my car to help me bring them all inside. He was so kind and patient, and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. Moving is stressful, and his willingness to help made my day so much easier. Thank you again, Shaquille!

  As someone who has spent many years in the hospitality business, I truly appreciate outstanding customer service and people who genuinely care about doing the right thing. This morning, I went to the FedEx location at 581 Stewart Avenue to return a broken Samsung phone. I had only placed the phone in the thin plastic sleeve they provided because no one had explained that I should keep and use the original box for the return. When I arrived, the manager, Eric, immediately explained that shipping it that way wasn't a good idea because if the phone were damaged in transit, I could be held responsible. Instead of just sending me on my way, he took the time to explain everything. I went back home, got the original box, returned to the store, and Eric made sure everything was packaged properly and ready to ship safely. I was truly impressed. Unfortunately, these days it sometimes feels like people don't want to be bothered, but Eric went above and beyond to make sure my package was protected and that I had a great experience. If you visit the FedEx location at 581 Stewart Avenue, I hope you have the opportunity to work with Eric. He genuinely cares about his customers, and that's the kind of service every business should strive to provide. Thank you, Eric, for your exceptional customer service. We need more people like you!

  Exceptional customer service! I came in with a complicated tracking issue regarding my package, and the team here was incredibly supportive. A gentleman who worked on June 18th (I unfortunately forgot his name) spent a lot of time helping me locate it and even called me personally once it arrived at the store. When I picked it up, Luis was also super friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate their patience and dedication. This is hands down the best FedEx location!
