  Went in to the store to see why my husband’s phone wasn’t working. The big fella working smell awful and was NO Help. His parting shot was pay your phone bill and you won’t have a problem. Very uncalled for! We will never do business with cricket again!

  My family has been a customer for nearly 10 years and went in to see what low price options I had to get a new phone and was offered expensive options. The smell of workers lunch was overwhelming as it was sitting on the table in the middle of the lobby, not in the back. I walked out very unsatisfied from his customer service and nauseous from food smell. He was not helpful nor seem interested in helping me find a phone in my price range. Will seek help at another location.
