  Despite being labelled a UPS store, they are a glorified Amazon returns drop off center. They have bare bones UPS functionality. It's better you prepare everything through the UPS website before visiting, because this store cannot do anything more than send it out.

  Every time I go there I’m always attended with the best service. This nice young man in specific, I believe his name is Enrique, is the sweetest of them all. He’s always very respectful and looking to solve any customers problems. He’s a charming young man and I look forward to seeing him every time I go to the store. The reason why I’ve become a regular customer at that ups store is because of him. I travel 30 minutes only to get to see him and of course receive the best service. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 store.
