  June 28, 2026, not sure the name of the guy working today along with other days. Every time I go he has the most nasty attitude. Yells at people like he is the shipping god of Long Island. To many other places to take my business today’s rudeness was over the top. If you can’t be in front of people find a new job. It was not the owner I have had him notary things for me in the past he seams like a good guy. Need to work your employees rudeness. PS. Took my Amazon return around the corner to staples and they took it no problem and I didn’t get yelled at. I guess I move to FedEx to ship all my packages. Sorry lost a loyal customer.

  Had to deliver some documents for a client i usually go to the post office. They charge for the envelopes and that is fine. I didn't have my wallet since i just had left the clients contact person. Because I didn't have my wallet, he basically snatched my envelope ripped it opened. His demeanor was horrible. I will be calling to speak with the manager. He should not be working with the public, the young lady with the glasses was very nice. I will advise my clients not too use ups in freeport

  Miguel and Eric are not only so efficient and good at their job, but they are so kind and make dropping off things such a pleasure. As someone who goes in there very often with lots of bags they never complain and are always ready to help with a smile! They are truly the best.
