- DYD YMay 28, 20262.0I've visited this UPS store a few times and am turned off by the overall vibe of the staff I've dealt with. The most recent visit I had was the straw that broke the camels back causing me to walk out. I was returning a small pack of screws to Amazon. I had the wrapping that it came in, but the smug male staff person advised it wasn't packaged properly. I advised that I had opted for package delivery to be unhidden per Amazon so it technically did not come in separate packaging. He said it didn't matter, I needed to box it up because that is what the label said. I admit, I did not realize. The bulk of items I've returned have not required box or label. I could have sworn the return label said as much. No problem if I was wrong, but the manner in which he told me and for the ridiculously small size of what was being returned was frustrating. I was in a hurry and did not have the resources to pack it up on the spot. A waste of gas and time. That was and will be my last visit. I have found there is a short patience vibe from staff. With the exception of 1 or 2 times, I always leave feeling annoyed about my experience. I will go to other UPS store locations, going forward.
