  Horrible customer service when shipping my package today. After waiting in line, I was offered help by an employee. Who eventually walked off and never returned. Despite this happening out in the open, i was ignored by the other employees while they talked about lunch.Until I spoke up repeatedly asking for my shipping label to be printed.I Highly don't suggest doing business here.

  I’ve been to this FedEx Office several times to make copies, print documents, and drop off Amazon returns. The staff has always been friendly and efficient, and the service is quick. One thing I really like is that it’s usually not crowded, so I rarely have to wait in line. The only downside is the parking—it can be very difficult to find a spot nearby. If you’re driving, it’s a good idea to park a little farther away and walk. Overall, it’s a great location, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.

  The people complaining in the reviews are not patient people. This store was kind and helpful even with a super busy line and my 100 questions. Thank you Lina and Andrew!

  I do not like leaving negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience with this FedEx location. This is already the second time the exact same situation has happened. The tracking information shows that my package was delivered and received. It also includes the name and signature of the person who supposedly accepted it. However, when I come to this location, the package is not there. I show the employee the tracking number, the name of the person who supposedly received and signed for the package, but I am told that they do not have the package and do not know anyone by that name. The employee does not even try to help me understand what happened. They treat me with complete indifference, as though my problem does not matter to them at all. Today, the same thing happened again. The package is marked as received, but it was not given to me, and nobody could explain where it is. After two identical incidents, I seriously suspect that packages are disappearing either during delivery or inside this location.
