  The personnel are top-notch. They always have a smile and a great attitude to help out. They are all very nice. The store is always super clean, and that is a plus.

  The Staff at the Farrington Store are friendly caring and helpful. I rent a box at the store and I am always informed of my packages timely. I appreciate the staff for all they do.

  The store itself is great, but there is one serious issue that I feel management needs to be aware of. One of the tall male staff members wearing a turban behaved toward me in a way that I found sexually inappropriate, disrespectful, and harassing. I am intentionally not sharing the specific details because I do not want to identify myself or have the employee know that I posted this review. What concerns me even more is that I have come across similar experiences from other female customers. If multiple women are experiencing uncomfortable or sexually inappropriate interactions with the same employee, this should not be dismissed as a misunderstanding or an isolated incident.
