  I'd like to tell you about my expirience but can't. I need a notary and called many times to find out the hours the Notary is there but they never answer the phone number listed. Never!

  Great store. There is parking and the store is clean and neat. The people there are always efficient, helpful and friendly - especially Pari. Have been coming here since they opened!

  The people that run this location go over and beyond to accomodate customers. Polite , efficient , thoughful , expedient service every time. If you are going to use any UPS store, make it this one . Hands down the best, please see Noor and Pari

  Just left the store and had an Extremely Unacceptable and Unprofessional Experience. I am extremely disappointed and upset with the way my three boxes were handled at this UPS location. Without my permission or even informing me beforehand, the staff opened all three of my boxes and cut them open. I was not asked for consent, nor was I properly informed about what they were doing or why. What made the situation even more frustrating is that I was only later told that UPS no longer accepts customers’ own boxes for packing. If that is the policy, I should have been told before anyone opened or cut my boxes. There was absolutely no reason to proceed with cutting them open without first communicating with me. The situation was particularly uncomfortable because a young female employee was training another young male employee while handling my shipment. From my perspective, it appeared that the situation was being handled carelessly and unnecessarily, rather than professionally and respectfully. Regardless of whether someone is being trained, a customer’s property should never be opened or altered without clearly explaining what is happening and getting permission when appropriate. If there is a policy that requires customers to use UPS-provided boxes, then staff should communicate that policy clearly before touching, opening, or cutting a customer’s belongings or packaging. Cutting open three boxes without explanation is completely unacceptable. I expect much better customer service, communication, and respect for customers’ property. This was an extremely unprofessional experience, and I would not feel comfortable trusting this location with my belongings again.

  I can’t say enough wonderful things about The UPS Store in Bayside. Every single time I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile and treated with kindness, patience, and genuine professionalism. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled perfectly, whether I’m shipping a package, printing documents, or asking questions. It’s rare these days to find a business where the customer truly comes first, but this team does exactly that. They make every visit easy, stress-free, and pleasant. Their attention to detail, efficiency, and exceptional customer service keep me coming back time and time again. If you’re looking for a UPS Store that truly cares about its customers, this is the one. They deserve every one of their five stars and much more. Thank you for always providing outstanding service you’ve earned a customer for life!
