Aya Khelifa works at a UPS store, and she is very good at customer service.
They give different pricing than what’s already on the ups website for shipping. Male representative is rude.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at this UPS Store location.
My husband and I brought in three irreplaceable family photographs that belonged to my recently deceased mother-in-law. We explained to the employee how precious and sentimental these items were and trusted the store to package them properly for shipment from New York to Texas.
We were charged $145.25 for packing and shipping. However, when the package arrived, all three photographs had been severely damaged. To our shock, the photographs had not been protected with bubble wrap or any meaningful cushioning. Instead, they were placed in a plastic bag and shipped without adequate protection.
These were not ordinary items that could simply be replaced. They were family keepsakes with tremendous emotional value, and that value is now gone because basic care was not taken when packaging them.
I find it unacceptable that a business entrusted with shipping fragile and sentimental items would handle them with such negligence. Had proper packing materials been used, this damage likely could have been prevented.
I would not recommend this location to anyone shipping valuable, fragile, or sentimental items. The lack of care and professionalism resulted in the destruction of cherished family memories, and I am deeply disappointed by the experience.
I recently came to this UPS store to dropped off a package to be shipped internationally. I had requested a RFID tracking label to be added to this package for extra security. I was referred to speak to the senior staff who was an older gentleman who I assume the manager of the store. He tried to explain to me that this could not be done for me because the package will be returned to me (which I did not understand why the package will be returned to me as this is an outgoing package). He told me to step aside and wait for him as he was helping another customer. He then later explained this is what RFID tracking label looks like and showed it to me which I already knew what it was and the purpose of it. He then explained if something happens to the package with the with the RFID tracking he and the store will be held liable. I asked him I have received packages from UPS with RFID tracking on and asked him why he cannot do it for my package. In the middle of our conversation, he put a RFID tracking label on another customers package and scanned it. At this point I was so confused, felt I was made a fool of and that I was the one that didn’t understand what I was talking about out. I dropped off my package and left. My questions were never answered and my request was never fulfilled by the staff at this store.
Later I called UPS customer service and explained all that transpired. I confirmed that this was not normal practice as per UPS policy. A formal complaint was filed. To say the least I will not be returning to this UPS store and location. It seemed there are also who share the same sentiments and had a terrible experience with the same exact staff. They also never pick up the phone when you call and need them.
Response: I appreciate you clarifying the details and I applaud for standing behind your employees. It comes down to two things. First your employee did not fully explain to me why my package is not qualified to have a RFID labeling. They never answered my questions when I asked why I have received packages that had the label on them. You as the owner seem to know and have more extensive knowledge on this subject. This shows me that your manager was poorly trained that he could not explain to me coherently just as you did of your store policy. In addition, please see the search below. According to UPS sources, consumers are allowed to request RFID tracking for their packages.
End Note: I have checked the status of my package and I thank you for fulfilling the request. I appreciate you clarifying on this matter and making things right.

I usually trust your service and efficiency, but one female employee at this location had a very rude and impatient attitude. The experience made me uncomfortable, and I would rather travel farther to another UPS location than return here again
