  I had never been to a nice subway store but this one comes to my top 3 worse, asked for cheese that melted, gave me sum type of cheese that just got roasted asked for napkins the guy handled me a ball of paper unbelievable.

  Avoid coming here, the customer experience is terrible. There is a gentleman here that is very difficult to deal with and makes it very hard to get your food. I order pickup from the app and every time I arrive he asks for an order id even though the app does not have one displayed there. The food has my name and is already paid for but he makes me log into my old email every-time and search for the order id. I told him that the order id is unnecessary if my name is on the order and I show him the order on the app. However, he will just argue with you. This store’s management is obsolete and something needs to change. I will never purchase from this store again.

  Horrible, i ordered on the app, the order was supposed to be ready at 2:50 im here at 3:35 and my order is still not ready, only 1 staff member who is rude and raised his voice when I explained i ordered and it was supposed to be ready a while ago. I do not recommend at all.
