  Not even worth a star. Closing date for the house could be changed, this guy refused to change the date of the home insurance and saying that I only need to pay 100 bucks more for each month. He legit told me he wouldn’t get enough of money for doing this and cancel the home insurance and redo it is a lot of work. If you can’t do this simple thing(change the date of the home insurance)why you even bother to work there? Very unprofessional and rude.

  This agency doesn't deserve a single star. We've been a customer for more than 10 years but the service we get is absolute garbage. Trust me and don't make the same mistake I made. I couldn't be happier to switch to a different company.

  I was the victim in a MVA. I called this number after being sent a letter from Allstate that the post office had lost. I was just looking for some general information and the guy who awrnsered the phone laughed at me and said he couldn't help me.. bravo I'm getting a lawer.
