  I called this UPS store for some help. Cliff and Destiny were both really helpful while I was trying to figure out a shipping issue where Mercari charged me almost $60. They took the time to look everything up, answer my questions, and even gave me screenshots to help with my case. It was nice that they genuinely seemed like they wanted to help me get it figured out instead of just rushing me out the door. I really appreciated it. Thank you

  I am so glad that the Farmingdale store is here. It is convenient and everyone is so helpful. Even where there is a line everyone helps to serve the customers, including the owner. No one that works there is ever standing around, they are always doing something. The younger people that work there are always pleasant and polite.si glad that I don't have to go to the post office where everyone is kind of crabby.
