  I would have given this place one star if it were possible—the experience was that bad from start to finish. The moment we walked in, something felt off. The entire place had an unpleasant, almost stale smell that immediately made us question the cleanliness. The atmosphere was unwelcoming and uncomfortable, and it honestly felt like a place that lacks basic upkeep and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the customer service was even worse. The female employee working that day was shockingly rude and unprofessional. She spoke in a condescending, disrespectful tone not only to us but also to her coworker, which was incredibly awkward and inappropriate to witness as a customer. It created an extremely tense and uncomfortable environment. What really crossed the line, though, was the complete disregard for basic food safety. The same employee preparing the food was not wearing gloves and was touching ingredients with her bare hands. Watching someone handle food so carelessly was unsettling and frankly unacceptable in any food establishment. As for the food itself—it was just as disappointing as everything else. The bread was dry to the point of being nearly inedible, clearly not fresh, and the overall appearance of the food was unappetizing. It looked like little to no care or pride went into its preparation. Looking back, we should have trusted our instincts and walked out the moment we noticed the smell and atmosphere. That was a mistake we won’t make again. This was easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had at a Subway. Between the unsanitary practices, rude service, and poor-quality food, I would strongly advise others to avoid this place entirely.

  This was the most disgusting looking sandwich I have ever gotten from Subway. I asked for olives; There were no olives on my sandwich. I asked for onions; There were no onions on my sandwich. I literally had TWO pieces of meat on my sandwich. The lettuce was brown, and so was the spinach. The bread was stale. They didn't even put any condiments on my sandwich, even though I asked for oil, vinegar, AND mayo (I added the mayo thay is visible in the picture). The sandwich wasn't cut at all. The teenage boy at the counter was on his phone when he obviously had work that needed to be done. FOUL.

  Went in at 905am and the lady said they weren't open and the computer was down. Even tho they say there open at 830am. The lady that was there had a shitty attitude on top of it all
