I’m really upset about my order today. I ordered a tuna on flatbread, but the employee working tonight (Monday 3/16 around 6:30 pm) didn’t seem to know how to make it. She only put about half of the ingredients and folded the flatbread in a completely different way.
It’s frustrating because I’m paying the same price but received much less food than usual. It’s not fair for the customer to pay full price and receive less than what is normally served. I hope the staff can be trained better so orders are made correctly and customers receive the proper portions they are paying for.

they were very patient with us when we came in with an allergy for another person and had to start over on a sandwich. got our few subs done in a timely manner

They never have enough staff and they never have food done on time if you order it online. I order my food at 11:30 it should be done by the time I get there at 12 not making because they saw me walking in. Also if you go in for food it takes them way to long to make it and they never do it the correct way even if you correct them… waste of time and money.
