I placed an order at this location and, unfortunately, something serious came up while I was on my way there, forcing me to redirect quickly. When I arrived, I was handed my food. I then politely asked the young lady if it would be possible to get fresh fries. She said it was completely fine.
Shortly after, I was approached by the “manager,” and the interaction immediately became unnecessarily aggressive. After calmly explaining the situation and asking for something as simple as fresh fries, which were part of a full meal combo I paid for, his tone and attitude were completely out of line.
The laughing, the sarcastic behavior, and referring to me as “yo bro” was extremely unprofessional. As a manager, is that really how you address a paying customer? What made the situation even worse was hearing continued giggling as I walked out of the store, he was so proud of himself.
Meanwhile, employees in the back were literally preparing a fresh batch after another had fallen on the floor, yet this manager seemed far more focused on asserting authority than providing basic customer service.
At that point, I was so disgusted by the entire interaction that I left the fries there and walked out.
This was easily the worst experience I have ever had at this location. The complete lack of professionalism, customer service etiquette, situational awareness, and basic respect was shocking. This manager clearly needs serious training in customer interaction and leadership.
Ironically, this review was “approved” by the manager himself after telling me, “Go leave a review.”
So here you go, bro.
