Going in to the ups store Elmont I encountered one of the sweetest pleasant experienced women that knows exactly how to deal with the clientele people I have heard many people say good things about her her name is Kyra hopefully she gets a promotion she is a credit to the ups company and should be rewarded for her excellence service on day thank you

Horrible service I was on like for 45 min with one employee working only to realize that there was a second employee sitting down, not helping out with the line which was out the door and wrapped in the store.
