  Every single time without fail this store is extremely slow with their service. I don’t know what it is but if you go in you won’t be out for 30 minutes or more. They also lost my package once and didn’t even seem apologetic

  Very disappointing experience at The UPS Store in Elmont. They advertise a self-packing option but had no packing supplies available. When I asked the cashier for tape, she said they had run out and told me to buy my own tape and box elsewhere. How does a shipping store run out of tape? I had already purchased my own ice packs to ship medication. All they did was place everything in a box and tape it, yet they charged me $11.50 for “packing and materials.” the charge was unreasonable and overpriced for such a basic service.

  Ron was fantastic! He had such a positive, welcoming energy from the moment I walked in. He was incredibly helpful, paid attention to every detail, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Outstanding service. Highly recommend!
