  The person checking us out was rude and couldn’t get my order straight. I purchased 3 meals 2 with cookies and 1 with chips. We asked for 2 chocolate chips cookies is one meal and 2 other cookies in the other meal. The attendant proceeded to put one of each in the in the 2 meals. Then she asked what size drink and I asked for the smallest for each. When she checked me out she handed us a larger cup which she probably charged me for. I said I don’t want the larger drinks cups I wanted the smallest ones and she said that’s not you asked for. I said I wanted the smallest drink option. I said to her I can’t believe how difficult it was to give me what I wanted. She then said that’s what you ordered and I said no it’s not. I then said I’m never coming here again and she said “Good Don’t “. So you just lost many customers because I coach at EMW and would bring my players there. Very disrespectful and confrontational!

  Ordered the Italian trio protein pocket and was informed that changes cannot be made, perfectly fine, I ordered my food and when I asked to buy a separate container of pickles, not to add to the protein pocket I was denied and told that’s not allowed. I have purchased a side container of pickles many times before and because of what I ordered I can’t have a side snack? Very disappointed in my visit, be careful of what you order at this location
