  I had a fantastic experience here! Michael was super helpful, he was such a kind gentlemen and had patience and assisted me with my packages. He was a pleasure to deal with, and he was working with a smile on a rainy Sunday memorial weekend! Kudos to him!

  Don’t let the 5 stars fool you it was a mistake . Had a horrible experience, taken off guard by some young kid behind the counter with a major attitude. I felt completely disrespected. He was very sharp and abrupt and tested my patience for no reason whatsoever I strongly suggest the owner changes the position that this kid takes he made me feel extremely uncomfortable and started my day off in a very bad mood.

  I’d recommend The UPS Store to a friend because it’s one of the easiest places to handle multiple things in one trip — shipping, printing, packaging, Amazon returns, mailbox services, and document help — and they usually make the process fast and simple even if you don’t know exactly what to do. The convenience and reliability save a lot of stress compared to figuring everything out yourself.
