    After visiting multiple stores during a very stressful time - we encountered Michael at this location whose customer service was amazing. He was able to print out what we needed timely and gave us a sense of relief. If you’re ever at this location be sure to ask for Michael! He’s amazing.

    Prompt and courteous service, store is neat and allows for self-servicing if you choose not to wait in line. My 9 year old daughter absolutely LOVES scanning and labeling the packages. The self service station is always replenished with bags,garbage can available and the bins in the cabinet are emptied to allow room for new packages. I live in Queens and drive to this UPS location because of stellar service!!! I use UPS a significant amount, the store clerks are ALWAYS wonderful at this location.
