  Was shipping confidential documents needed urgently for a doctor's appointment and paid for next day shipping. Package got stuck at a shipping facility 2 hours away from the recipient and they refused to release it to the recipient because they were not home at time of delivery. Patient did not receive the medical records in time for their appointment, and FedEx refused to issue a refund. Absolutely the worst shipping service I have ever interacted with.

  Placed an online print order for a custom document. The order was ready by the estimated time, and the staff ensured I had the opportunity to check for any misprints. There was an error with one of my documents, so they reprinted it correctly at no extra cost! They also have supplies that customers can freely use, such as a straightedge paper cutter. The staff here were patient and helpful!

  The worst , the lady with the black hair and glasses. She was so rude and was taking so long with the first customer. I came from far away for her to tell me that I had to call the customer service line. She repeatedly said " call 1800 FedEx twice and would not help. I guess people don't like to work at all. All this other guy was just standing talking to another person instead of helping the customers.
