  Every time I’ve been to this place I truly want to acknowledge the black male who seemed to be the only person who actually treated me like a decent person. With this culture of the surround area I’m not surprised the angry white man would treat as such. The thing is I would not be offended if you blatantly did not want to take care of me. Behaviors from the locals just as entitled, but 20 plus years living here I am not surprised. Please do better, and the white guy whatever his name( owner) knows I’m talking about him. Next time a simple “ How are you” would be suffice for me.

  I do not leave reviews often, but I felt compelled to acknowledge the hard work of the staff at this location. The last few times I have been at this UPS store the line has been ridiculously long. Yet somehow I have managed to be out in less than 5-6 minutes. They are efficient; courteous and helpful. Keep up the great work.

  2nd time trying to do an Amazon return after 6 pm and was told the system went down for the evening. If they close at 630 the systems should be turned off at 630. Went Friday at 6:22 pm and just came from there now and was told at 6:08 it’s down for the night again. Not happy at all with their service.

  I have been returning all my Amazon packages here at the desk and most time the staff were helpful and really working hard except today,the moment I entered I could see the front staff( white male,bald) acting like he is moving mountains at the store! We did have quite a few people in line to drop off( Everyone queued up even before tge store opens at 8.30 am).The moment I stepped in,he looked at my bag and started asking how many packages I had and that I have to do self service! I understand you are too lazy to work in the mornings and now he demands I do it myself and starts behaving very unprofessionally.Please remind me why you are working here if not to help people??? I was so taken aback by this service and attitude.I didn't catch this employee's name but I hope he doesn't do this people queueing up earlier than when the store opens to see this unpleasant attitude by UPS staff.I usually am very fond of UPS services but I had to call this out! Totally unacceptable and deplorable.
