  I can not thank the owner plus the two workers Mo & Ali enough for their kindness, understanding, and efficiency they showed when I brought in 5 large boxes to ship out of state. They took the time to weigh each box and give me a price. The workers realized how much it was going to cost and called the owner which in turn, gave me a generous discount. This is a local UPS store that I can walk to from my house. It is extremely convenient and worth going to as they care about their customers and customer’s needs. I will continue to go to this establishment for all my shipping needs.

  Quick service.The staff there are super helpful and always make the process a breeze. I've never had any issues with them, and they're always so efficient.

  Be aware! Rude & aggressive owner trying to scam customers for made up charges! I was away and had my packages delivered to UPS store. When I arrived, I told them I had two packages to pick up. They kept saying there was just one even though I showed them the verification from Old Navy that two separate packages were shipped and received. After about five minutes and making them check multiple times, they found the second package. There was a handwritten note on it that said five dollar charge from the store. When I inquired what this was about, I was told that the second package wasn’t addressed to the UPS access point properly (only my name at the UPS store address) and therefore incurred a five dollar charge. I explained that there was one order from Old Navy with the correct address of the access point of the UPS store and tried to show confirmation through old navy website. The owner was incredibly rude. He kept blowing me off saying that it didn’t matter that the second package wasn’t addressed properly and there was a charge. He refused to look at the order confirmation from and would not accept the idea that someone at Old Navy had made a clerical error and addressed the second package incorrectly. This makes absolutely no sense. Instead of going after the large corporation to get the payment for the package, he insisted that me as a customer should pay for their error and told me that I should try to get reimbursed from Old Navy.com which is ridiculous. He was incredibly rude, dismissive, and even aggressive verbally about the situation and refused to give me my package until I paid the made up charge. He is a greedy person to try to scam five dollars from a regular customer for a simple clerical error that someone at the company made on one of the two packages if that is even true about the way the package was addressed. I had free shipping so whether to my home or the UPS store there was no reason for any kind of charge to me. I have used this store as a UPS access point for packages many times in the past, but I will never return there again after being treated that way and scammed out of my hard earned money where I had free shipping to begin with.
