  Outstanding. Main system was down HOWEVER team member Arron did fantastic. This young man was what every young team member should be. Professional, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. Five stars owner made great hire here. Fantastic and great location and store.

  Not even sure where to begin. I truly had the most pleasant experience at UPS in East Islip. Usually, I hate going to the post office but this made me look forward to going again! The employees are so helpful and the store is very organized.

  The young man was and is always very reliable and knowledgeable of all the services the store offers. Also very kind and friendly. The store provides great service and help for the town of East Islip, NY and neighboring towns. Very qualified at all services and I have used many of them. A great place to ship and return Amazon stuff if necessary.

  I can not thank the owner plus the two workers Mo & Ali enough for their kindness, understanding, and efficiency they showed when I brought in 5 large boxes to ship out of state. They took the time to weigh each box and give me a price. The workers realized how much it was going to cost and called the owner which in turn, gave me a generous discount. This is a local UPS store that I can walk to from my house. It is extremely convenient and worth going to as they care about their customers and customer’s needs. I will continue to go to this establishment for all my shipping needs.
