  Order through the app and it glitched out and charged me full price instead of the coupon. The manager in store took care of it no problem and the sandwich was great.

  Went to get a wrap that I've gotten at 3 other subway restaurants. At the particular location I was told by the employee Asa that they are not allowed to customize the wraps. I don't like the cheese that comes with the wrap so I asked for pepper jack instead but everything else I wanted the same. I said how difficult is it to put a different type of cheese on then its the same motion of putting cheese no matter what type it is. He told me if I don't like it go somewhere else so I will not be eating at any subway again because of this employee. Subway prides them selfsame on making a custom sub but when I ask for different cheese I'm told to leave

  I went there today to get lunch March 2nd around 1:30 and there are cones outside I walked around the cones I slipped on ice and fell and slammed my right side to the ground and I told the women that made my sub that you should throw rock salt down she told me she wasn't lifting any bags of rock salt cuz she doesn't want to hurt her back if anybody see the video you'll see when I'm talking about so if you can please reach out to me thank you this is very important some old lady or somebody else can fall that would break something I injured my right side and I have plenty of pictures of the surroundings

  Online orders are marked as picked up before they’re even started, and walk-in customers are clearly prioritized over those who’ve already paid. Ended up waiting while others came and went. Also saw someone slip on ice on the walkway in the parking lot. Poor service and safety standards.
