They took the time to answer my questions, helped me find exactly what I needed, and made the whole process quick and easy. I highly recommend Carquest for anyone looking for quality parts and helpful staff. The only place I will shop for my trucks needs

  First they're can't find their inventory, even when you tell them the size and give them their part number from their website. Then the only person in the store who can run the register is too busy chit chatting on the phone to help customers actually in the store trying to buy stuff. Customer service is dead

  Great customer service! My windshield wiper came off when I was near here and I'm not tall enough to reach the end to reattach it, but Zach was very nice and helped me put it back on even though I wasn't purchasing anything. I will certainly remember that the next time I need any parts!
