They didn’t toast my sub, which I asked them to do but 1/2 the time they don’t, so that was to be expected. I ASKED FOR EXTRA SAUCE AND THEY GAVE ME LESS THAN REGULAR. I paid online through the app. I can’t get any compensation for something that wasn’t made the way I asked.

I would love to have a review about food, but instead i have a review of being told I wouldn’t be served because closing staff broke down their line 15 minutes before close. When asked If i knew what i wanted I said I didn’t know as I was hoping to look at the options. A 6 inch sub and drink was all that would have been ordered. Wasn’t even given the chance. Will never give this location a shot again.

I had a very disappointing experience with Subway at two nearby locations in New York.
I ordered the exact same item — a 12” grilled chicken sub — but was charged significantly different prices:
* One location: $9.99 (Total: $10.86)
* Another location: $12.49 (Total: $13.58)
That’s a $2.50 price difference for the same product, with no explanation. This lack of pricing consistency is misleading and unfair to customers.
In addition, the food quality was concerning:
* Chicken did not smell fresh
* Bread seemed old and not fresh
This raises serious concerns about quality control and consistency across locations.
I have attached receipts as proof. I hope management and corporate review this issue and take corrective action. Customers deserve transparent pricing and fresh food.

This is one of the best , cleanest, and freshest food stores around. Darren and team are great.
Went here for lunch for my family and myself. The guy working , Darren I believe was the name on his shirt asked what I’d like, I gave him the order for the first sub and he immediately went on to the next customer, who seemed to be a regular. Barely even had a chance to complete my order for the first sub. Extremely rude, definitely won’t be back, sub tasted stale anyways.
