Customer service representative Izzy and his staff's exuberance exceeded my expectation. Upon entering the staff (and store) was welcoming which thankfully set the tone for a new purchase. Not only was Izzy knowledgeable on the specific brand of phone I was looking for, he assisted us with the transfer of phones. His dedicated and determined staff ladies went above and beyond to locate an item in the back for us as well. We appreciate all three of you for all you've done today.
