  This is the second time in a year rolling calendar that I’ve stayed at the best Western that advertises they have a pool in a hot tub and when you get there, the hot tub tubs are completely empty and being “ worked on”. I feel it’s false advertisement and they intentionally do not update their website to lure people in. The bed was absolutely horrible. I have slept on futons that were more comfortable. Other than the fact that you were lucky if the mattress was 3 to 4 inches thick, you felt every bar underneath and every single time you barely moved the bed creaked Is so we were awake for most of the night .They charge Hilton prices and provide motel accommodations

  Room was nice nothing crazy free breakfast and pool was good the hotel itself is tucked away beginning d other buildings so its a bit hard to find

  Hotel was super clean and had all of the amenities that the big fancy hotels have and much more. Had a nice pool and lounge area along with a small cafe area to eat.

  Desk clerk was very nice and friendly. Room seems clean. Beds are firm.

  Waited 15 min for someone to show up at front desk to check in. Booked two rooms, one of them the keys didn’t work so they let us in with master key but could not come out and back in. They said they would discount but don’t seem to have remembered
